ARGUMENT

Leonard and Sheldon are two theoretical physicists who share work and apartment. The series begins with the removal of Penny, his attractive new neighbor, of which Leonard falls in love from the start. The physical difficulty of getting along with people outside their environment leads to comic situations.

Both are brilliant in their work, but they and their friends Howard Wolowitz, a pseudo-lover out of a movie psychedelic 60's, and Rajesh Koothrappali (a citizen of India) are represented as a full Geeks, very far from the concerns of ordinary people.

Rajesh has an inability to talk to women, although the disability is inhibited by external effects such as alcohol or clinical studies in a few episodes of the series. Rajesh India hates the food and feel a bit discriminated against by others.

Sheldon went from fifth grade to college. You now have two PhD and a Master. He knows that his intelligence is superior tomost people and brings out in some situations. Although not required, as when he refuses to go for a conference he said: "I do not need the approval of lesser minds." Sheldon has Asperger Syndrome, which affects the majority of responses, and hence do not know, as seen in one episode, what is sarcasm.
