Well, since I finished Mockingjay / Sinsajo few days ago my mind has been obsessing sick to dangerous levels and all this megapost is a simple consequence of that xD. Obviously, spoilers for "Mockingjay" because I could not stop talking about how great it was, and what hurt and what stopped hurting, and the final ohgod so bittersweet that I just LOVED.
So here, an attempt to pirate fanmix for you:) that try to define the esp Cancion all coming down right now.
From the lie that we've created,
I want to be awakened some how.(Want to be awakened right now) When we start killing, it all will be falling down. From the heaven we're in, all we are is fading away.
When we start killing.
The screams have gone
Too many have fallenFew still stand tall
Is this the endingWill we remember What we've done wrong?
Me encanta la bestialidad que destila como tal (y me hubiese gustado eMLXC But no one's getting out. Ooo, Ooo, Ooo, we've got stadium love. Want to make a trade Cougar for a snake Want to fall in love. Want to make a deal
Angel verses eel
Another song, this time more lively and less fatalistic, life in the games, despite being a struggle for survival, it is still a huge show mounted by entertainment. For "Stadium Love" reflected people see the Capitol and the Really large need from the outset had fallen in love Peeta Katniss and the audience to continue living and have a chance. A reality show weighed to evil, a brutal banality, a desire to revoltand a forced relationship that ends up being the same spirit of the trilogy.
♥
Trouble is her only friend and he's back again Makes her body Older Than it really is
And she says it's high time she Went Away
No one's got much to say in this town Trouble is the only is way down.
Down, down As strong as
You Were, tender you go I'm watching you breathing
for the last time
A song for your heart, But it is quiet
When I Know What It Means and I'll carry you home,
I'll carry you home. If she HAD
wings to fly Would sheKatniss ironic arranging flowers in his honor, giving a human death, showing the audience hungry for blood as Peeta once told him "they were human, and should die as such. " Song of sinsajo
. Rue The music in the end was what he loved. His only request before he died. And Katniss tears, the unfairness of it all, the inner rage, the greeting, the sadness. Only
this song reminded me so much at that moment that my mind is the song of Rue. Nuff said. And I feel silly estarme emotionally involved in it xD. CHT

4) Plans - Block Party (General People's capitol)
♥ I've got a taste for blood Leave the weak
, leave the young
I've got a taste for blood
I 'm walking out without you
You will kill or be Killed
It's about progress I've got a taste for blood Wake up sleepyhead
It's happening without you Such a nice guy
You Tell Me Everything Twice Whipcrack speed
jump We will run backwards Stop Being so laissez-faire We're all scared of the future
We make PLANS for big times Get bogger
down, distracted We make PLANS
for good times All neon, all surface
So kissBefore it gets me all
Complicated've got a taste for blood
is that there might be a better song for people in the Capitol? Not only the great leaders such as Snow, but the people at home, watching the display, year after year, without even stopping to think that something might be wrong with that. Passion for blood and the pain of others without even knowing it. Especially the public, glued to the TV, watching the romance of the year splashed in blood. It reminds me also because of the desperation of the relationship between Peeta and Katniss, fear of impending death, to rage against the world capitol prefabricated, so far fromhome, so different and so cruel.
Yeah.
5) Celebration Guns - Stars (Taxes)
♥ So There Will Be Tomorrow
Another Number For The One Who Had a
name Desert wind and a perverse desire to win History buried in
shame Are the beating drums Celebration guns The thunder and the laughter The last thing
They remember
Then the next day How will you know your enemy
By Their color or your fear One by one
We Them dog cage in your freedom Make them all disappear
Six hundred sixty six
Hundred sixty days Two guards
one uncharged This morning's pap
Follow You Into The Dark - Death Cab For Cutie (Peeta/Katniss)
♥
Love of mine
Someday you will die But I'll be close behind
I'll follow you into the dark
No blinding light
Or tunnels to gates of white
Just our hands clasped so tight
Waiting for the hint of a spark
If heaven and hell decide That they both are satisfied And illuminate the "No"s On their vacancy signs
If there's no one beside you
When your soul embarks Then I'll follow you into the dark
You and me
Have seen everything to see
From Bangkok to Calgary
And the soles of your shoes
Ahow me who you really are
You can lie to the papers
You can hide from the press
You can fake it on stage
You can crawl from your cage
You can search and destroy
You can kill and depend on it
(Snow)
I know your tainted flesh
I know your filthy soul
I know each trick you played
(Katniss)
You play the victim very well
You build yourself indulgent hell You wanted someone to understand you
Well, be careful what you wish for because I do
(Snow)
You've got a fancy turn of phrase
You set your trap You made your plays You're so fond of games You must never lose
Me pareci\u0026amp; oacute; from the beginning, this song was perfect for the relationship between Katniss and President Snow. This default unhealthy relationship, full of hatred. Katniss the desire to kill him, the desire to dominate Snow as the spirit of the revolution. Snow threats to take away everything he has, all he wants, to uncover who he really is, to trample all the lies that made Katniss survive in the sand. Yes The song perfectly and loaded with enough hatred between these two xD.
8) Moving Pictures, Silent Films - Great Lake Swimmers (Katniss, Peeta)
CHTMLX ♥w
this game ends Cause we'll just see how it goes
Now, I'm all the way down here I'm falling
needed to put a song of rebellion. And this, for Katniss, beginning to take control of their destiny, the fight that is sure to lead seemed ideal. Just for those moments of inaccuracy that lives throughout the book, before deciding to take the role fine touches. And the reasons llamÃferos and rhythm (which makes me want to slap someone xD) are a plus, of course.
11) I'll Believe In Anything - Wolf Parade (Peeta, Katniss, Gale)
♥
If I could take the fire out from the wire I'd share a life and you'd share a life
If I could take the fire out from the wire
I'd share a life and you'd share a life
If I could take the fire out from the wire
I'd take you where nobody knows you
And nobody gives a damn Said nobody knows you And nobody gives a damn And I could take another hit for you
And I could take away your trips from you
And I could take away the salt from your eyes And take away the spitting salt in you
And I could give you my apologies
By handing over my neologies
And I could take away the shaking knees
And I could give you all the olive trees
Oh look at the trees and look at my face
And look at a place far away from here So
give me your eyes I need sunshine Give me your eyes
I need sunshine Your blood, your bones
Your voice, and your ghost
We've Both Been
very brave Walk around with Both legs
Wait for the scary day We Both
pull the tricks out of Our
sleeves But I'll believe in anything
And you'll believe in anything
This began as yet another Katniss / Peet-IADA, but I needed to put somewhere Gale, and see you that there was nothing wrong with the song either. Although Gale is not my cup of tea, the song &; Oacute n sent me seemed to do for the love triangle that brought them. The propositions of escape, rebellion in the heart of Gale. The incompetence of Katniss decide. All that binds Peeta at first. And the promises made with both of what could be, yet never was.
Damn.
12) Hummingbird - NeverShoutNever! (Peeta / Katniss)
♥
I like you Girl, You Do not Got Nothing to Prove to me
Know That I Have Been rough times
For the Both of us But I'll pray for change You see, this world has lots to offer In time it Butamp; nbsp;
"Sinsajo / Mockingjay"
Okay, so if you have not read sinsajo can stop here. Because it says spoilers and details of things that will happen and all that. Come on, do not be a masochist and close the page if you intend to read it (already out there ... why do not you're doing??? Is so very cool xD).
Here we go.
13) Who Am I Living For? - Katy Perry (Katniss)
♥ I can feel a phoenix inside of me As I march alone to A Different Beat
Slowly swallowing down my fear, yeah, yeah
I am ready for the road they
Heavy is the head That wears the crown
Do not let get you down
greatness
Oh. I know. I know. Dude, Katy Perry? D:
But is ... Well, this song does not become too bad (Who knew, right? What makes Katy Perry when not talking about California girls kissing) and the lyrics ... oh, the lyrics.
No. I'll stop and apologize. The letter is worth it.
I heard her and yelled "Katniss." From there it was irrevocably lost. This only has an air, futuristic, prefabricated, ideal for combating the Capitol in all its forms and colors, and girl power, representing Katniss role as buttkicawesomey king symbol of rebellion. Sinsajo at its finest. And the handwriting was so perfect to describe anything about what had happened in the first books that I could not resist. And the existential question (lol xD) who am i living for? katniosa was just so that ... well, you did.
14) Blackbird - The Beatles (The rebellion, District 13) ♥
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take These broken wings and learn to fly All your life
You were
only waiting for this moment to Arise
Blackbird singing in the dead of night Take These
sunken eyes and learn to see All your life
15) Breathe No More - Evanescence (Katniss)
♥ I've been looking in the mirror for so long.
That I've come to believe my souls on the Other Side. Oh the little pieces falling, shatter. Shards of me, To sharp to put back together. To small to matter, But big enough
to cut me So Many Into Little Pieces.
If I try to touch her, And I bleed, I bleed
,
And I breathe, I breathe no more
.
Take a breath and I try to draw from my spirits well.
Yet again you refuse to drink like a stubborn child.
Lie to me,
Convince Me That I've been sick forever.
And all of this, Will make
eros books, the chorus reminding us of the true east and in between all those desperate desire to keep close, despite the revolution, despite the problems, despite the pain. And the moments shared
going to the Capitol ... ♥
17) Sunday Bloody Sunday - U2
♥ I can not believe the news today
Oh, I can not close my eyes and make it go away How long, how long must- we sing this song?
How long, how long
Cause tonight We can be as one tonight Broken bottles
under children's feet Bodies strewn across the dead end street But I will not heed the battle call It puts my b ack up Puts my back up against the wall
And the battle's just begun There's many lost, but tell me who has won
The trench is dug within our hearts
And mothers, children, brothers, sisters torn apart
And it's true we are immune
When fact is fiction and TV reality
And today the millions cry
We eat and drink while tomorrow they die
The real battle just begun
To claim the victory Jesus won On Sunday, bloody Sunday.
Qué es esto? La contraparte a "Blackbird". Los últimos días de lucha para la dominación del capitolio. El horror, la barbarie, la muerte, la sangre, los sacrificios y la guerf you go too far There's a song you'll hear.
If we get too close whisper in my ear.
Speak the word, say it. Bewilder, say it. Hummingbird, say it. Be My Debt.
never thought I could find a song so perfect for the end of this series. It has it all. References, vacuum, tone, and yet so full of promise. The return to everyday life, out of the darkness. This bittersweet aftertaste that leaves you with Mockingjay. The "real." Love. The unrest. The start again. Having something to fight. As heal. And so, is that the end could not be better. It was realistic, it has been painful, but at the same time has been sasatisfactorily, because we can see how what began with a game in the sand and superficiality has become something deeper, a life story, if you will. In a story that tries to grow, to mature, the challenges and knowing that the world is neither good nor bad, but morally gray, and even so, they will always be those little moments of tenderness , these moments of faith, charity and love. Because if something is real is that, and if something can leave us is the certainty that there is always hope. And yes.
I loved these books.
Epilogue:
20) Dandelion - Audioslave
♥
Born of restless night the moon as a pearl
Playing games down inside your soft warm world
Hear my voice I know that you can
You're the fire in my eyes The sun as a man
Seasons come along and seasons go
And what they'll leave behind
I don't pretend to know I'm afraid that all I have missed Will loom very large when the darkness lifts Little dandelion
Let your heart keep time
Now the clouds are gone All of your tomorrows shine
La canción perfecta para el epílogo. Por el "dandelion of hope". Por el finalmente haber decidido. Por el futuro. Por lo que viene, y por un m
